· Ability to work independently, use engineering judgment, and devise new approaches to solving problems.

· Perform work using Industry Standard Engineering Software and appropriate 2-D and 3-D computer-aided design and computer-aided engineering tools.

· Review contractor’s Design drawings & calculations.

· Visit construction sites to monitor progress and resolve construction issues in a timely manner.

· Provide technical solutions to unforeseen problems that arise during the contract duration in coordination with the construction contractor.

· Assist in identifying the need for a modification to scope, cost and/or schedule based on collaboration with the construction contractor and/or other entities
