Leverage Maximo expertise (functional & technical) for above systems to Business Users during operational use
Deliver / co-ordinate first level of support / Issue management – Triaging Business reported issues / queries & new requirements, do initial analysis, and route to right support teams (CMMS Admin / Integration / Alstom IS&T, SAP, etc)
Maximo User management for Maximo - User data management, Access Management, Maximo query & Reporting, data management & analysis, etc.
Support key phases during use like Testing, Training, Data management
Support & track Information Management & Reporting framework– Progress reporting, Reporting needs related to KPI, Information management, documentation management for knowledge repository
Ongoing Meeting & Actions tracking
Drive system & User skill maturity
