Performs and provides daily administrative support to the department.
- Records incoming and outgoing mails for easy tracking and records; re-rout mails whenever is needed.
- Provides photocopy service where necessary.
- Delivers urgent correspondences within and outside the department as needed.
- Provides secretarial support for the immediate superior.
- Acts and assists as the primary contacts of the department and ensures all appointments or booked meetings are properly delegated or relayed
to immediate personnel .
- Manages and maintains executive schedules .
- Manages the routine daily inquiries and refer to the right personnel for immediate action.
- Prepares requisitions of office supplies, equipment maintenance and follows-up requests .
- Demonstrates initiative in the performance of duties , requiring a minimum of supervision .
- Prepares reports, and manage special projects as assigned: supervises a weekly preparation reports .
- Wiling to be assigned to shift work and overtime, during the working week or weekends.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times .
- Performs other job related duties as required .
