Drive the design of the overall Commercial division’s strategy in coordination with Commercial department heads and other stakeholders to ensure that it aligns with the company’s objectives and fulfill its annual budget goals.
Develop and monitor the Commercial division’s business plan including Sales, Marketing, Leasing & Collection.
Oversee Commercial division’s budgeting cycle and lead the budgeting process
Direct the development and oversee the implementation of Commercial division policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls so that all relevant procedural/regulatory requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results
Oversee escalated Commercial division non-compliance case resolution and reduce non-compliance through ensuring the availability and promotion of stipulated policies and procedures.
Empower team members to take business decisions by effectively delegating authority.
Develop profit for the company and provide financial and revenue support to the rest of the organization
Preparation of sales plans, marketing, profit, and loss estimations, and budgets, using market demand, corporate goals, and historical figures to achieve this.
