- Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Pressure control Equipment /products.

- Interface with relevant depts. To obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated , tested and calibrated.

- Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s) /procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer.

- Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products.

- Investigate reported Equipment /product Problems /NCRs and initiate corrective action.
