Duties include dealing with customer orders, enquiries and complaints, advising about products and services, offering advice, updating customers' records, and making telesales and market research calls to new and existing customers.
Provides all administration support for customer enquiries (either direct from customer or through End User sales)
Prepares and sends correct quotations and invoices to customers
Process orders efficiently and accurately from quotation to cash collection
Responsible for continuous process improvements
Ensures follow-up of administration and logistics
Supports sales engineer with inputting new turbochargers and forecast to ATURB
Supports sales engineer with trouble shooting in factory (breakdowns, delays, rebuild of delivered turbochargers, etc.)
