Partner with the hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand short- and long-term talent requirements.
Deliver talent acquisition activities including, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments and offering for white- and blue-collar roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
Plan and lead employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally.
Build talent pools and foster long-term relationships with potential candidates.
Contribute to the creation and development of TA Center of Expertise roadmaps, by sharing country feedback and business requirements.
Evaluate the business environment and workforce trends on an ongoing basis to make recommendations for units to achieve and exceed the TA targets.
Ensure that policies and processes support KONE TA strategy and fulfill all needed regulations, laws and employment standards.
Complete various reporting requirements and provide market data and insights to stakeholders.
