- Ensure correct paperwork and information is collected for order processing from AMs and clients, to then pass onto Credit Dept to open the account on the system.
- Once account is open by credit, ensure correct information is in the system and input the order in the system and send for approvals to Credit, Finance and Sales Managers.
- Check stock availability and ask demand planner to place order for stock not available and obtain Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
- Continuous follow up with departments to ensure the workflow is followed and that there are no bottlenecks.
