- Implement the planning and cost systems as defined within the departmental procedures.

- Monitor and reviews construction schedule and cost performance.
- Manage construction budget changes and transfers and facilitates processing of project variances.

- Produce the construction project cost and progress reports per Procedure.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly progress report.

- Supervise the development and maintenance of all forecasts for field cost and schedule and forecast for cash flow and profit and loss.
- Identify and analyze potential project problems and recommends corrective action and follow up on recommendations.
- Promotes communication and teamwork within group and project.

- Assist in the preparation of the Job End Report as it relates to project control.
- Assist in producing and maintaining the Project Control Execution Plan.
