- Liase with FLM to agree and prioritise territory targets.
- Execute agreed outlet coverage and KPI priorities in call.
- Monitor, analyse and report on performance via FLM’s.
- Deliver specific distribution, pricing, promotion and merchandising objectives in line with POP vision.
- Execute specific “push” and “pull” initiatives as directed by FLM’s
- Monitor individual call file to identify new customer opportunities.
- Completion of all planning and administration for the territory in line with Olayan Standard Field Operating Procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge and practical use of PROSPECT structured call principles.
