Supervise all resources allocated to the electrical workshop
Manage the process in the workshop, adhering to the quality standards both internal and external as applicable
Monitor workshop capacity and discuss with the manager solutions at early stages
Monitor team KPIs, identify issues early and work with department manager to rectify any problems
Monitor performance, utilization of machines and people, giving inputs to Production Planner regarding workshop capacity
Work with the manager to make improvements
Monitor and control workshop supplies and consumables
Monitor and ensure issued materials are kept free of damage.
