Job purpose


The main role for Business Analyst is to coordinate the rating department assigned tasks professionally and effectively, with both clients and related departments and functions, in addition to evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.


Tamheer eligibility:


Tamheer program is a six months long on-the-job training programmed for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF.


In order to be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below:


Should be a Saudi national.
Should have a minimum Bachelor degree or above.
Should not have been employed for last six months.
Should not be currently employed.
Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.
