- The OT Excellence Manager is the main custodian of upgrading the capability of G&LF OT organization at all levels. He/she is responsible to adapt worldwide OT management best practices to the G&LF context and ensure their proper rollout.

- The OT Excellence Manager is fully accountable for driving the World Class Customer Engagement Model agenda, as well as ensuring the enablement of the field teams with proper capabilities, both at the OPCO and Non OPCO levels. He/she is a key resource for the Cost-to-Serve leverage and the compliance agenda.
