- The Tamheer program is a six month long on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF.

- To be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all the criteria listed below:

- Should be a Saudi national.
- Should have a bachelor's degree or above.
- Should not have been employed for last six months.
- Should not be currently employed.
- Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.
- Should be qualified in the Tamheer Program.
- The applicants must be in one of the following majors: Industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- Strong academic results
- Good command of the English, Arabic language, and MS Office tools.
