- Deliver monthly and annual net sales target by brand/franchise.
- Develop and lead joint business plan to achieve targeted growth in Sell-In, Sell-Out, Market Share, E-Commerce, Stock Coverage and Service Level.
- List new product and re-innovations offline & online on time with managing stock level at the retailer, ensure availability during transition phase.
- Develop joint Score Card with Key Accounts to track KPIs monthly and measure performance and reflect on the right action plan.
