ROSHN ‘s Himam leadership program returns for its 2022 edition, a chance for young Saudi graduate to become future leaders and experience an opportunity of a life time within our dynamic working environment. It’s a great opportunity for recent graduate from variety of majors to develop their leadership skills, capabilities and knowledge in a duration of 12 months full of on job training, job shadowing, and development.
