- Build business plan standard forms, templates and guidelines in FINANCE department

- Conduct orientation session to all participant in plan preparation in the SU FINANCE department

- Provide plan delivery schedule to meet target date of submission in FINANCE department

- Share accumulated strategic direction from management /EMC/ customer and other related stakeholders to the respective function

- Development of the vision, mission, strategic objectives, initiatives and KPIs as per alfanar practices

- Building strategic objective for FINANCE department that is well evaluated and selected based on deep assessment of the current situation and in relation to the SU vision.

- Manage committees’ meetings
- Financial controller in translating the plan content to the budget

- Provide standard platform for committee's management and governance
