Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, events with a strong focus on the drastically growing customer base.
Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Growth Specialist, or similar roles, with a focus on user acquisition and conversion optimization.
Solid understanding of product marketing, platform marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising channels.
Proficient in using marketing automation tools, marketing databases, email marketing platforms, social media advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and conversion rates.
Demonstrated creativity and a track record of devising effective digital campaigns that engage and convert target audiences.
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data insights to drive growth strategies and decision-making.
Experience in conducting experiments and A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Previous experience in the gaming or technology industry is a plus.
