Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals and market trends. Collaborate with the management team to establish marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Digital Marketing: Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising to increase website traffic, generate leads, and improve online visibility.

E-commerce Management: Take charge of our e-commerce platform, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve the online shopping experience.

Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance across the organization.

Content Creation: Coordinate the creation of compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns. Ensure content is relevant to the target audience and reflects the brand values.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, track industry trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to enhance customer satisfaction.

Offline Marketing: Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure the smooth execution of offline initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure and report the performance of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing returns on investment.

Website Management: Ensure the website is regularly updated with the latest product offerings, pricing, promotions, and any other relevant information. Collaborate with the product and inventory teams to keep product listings accurate and up-to-date.
