About the job
An MEP BIM Modeler with knowledge of BIM methodology, process, and Standards of disciplines as well as BIM, the candidate will be expected to work as part of the MEP BIM Team in a Multidisciplinary collaborative working environment.



Key Duties & Responsibilities



- Should have good knowledge of Revit MEP
- Create 3D BIM Models for HVAC, Firefighting, Water Supply, Storm, and drainage disciplines related to buildings.
- Coordinate all aspects for the model (Architectural, Structural & Electrical).
- Excellent understanding of BIM Standards, procedures, and workflow.
- Creates/modifies Revit families for design, ensuring all required data is accurately embedded.
- Creates Revit materials for design & Annotations, ensuring material take-offs and cost data is accurately embedded.
- Has good experience in different types of projects such as mechanical facilities, hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, etc.
- Preparing minimum Level of Development (LOD) 350 REVIT Models & Documentation, Extract quantities, creating schedules.
Should produce details and drawings from BIM Model

Qualifications

- Minimum Diploma / 3+ years of related field experience using REVIT.
- Extensive experience in Revit on major projects in the region.
- Experience in BIM and authoring software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswork etc.…
