Job Description

Helps to prepare OP & budgets and prepare reports for cross functions and multiple business lines
Collect and organize cost information into a database to prepare cost forecast for monthly, quarterly and or annual operating plan
Analyse month-end reports to identify and recommend cost-effective improvements
Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
Consolidate all payments and collections into a file to prepare rolling cash forecast on monthly basis by business line
Local Coordination: between project controlling, accounting and HR
Month end closing activities like to cost transfers, allocations etc.
Fresh graduate in Business Administration, preferable with a major in Managerial/Financial Accounting
Motivation to take responsibilities and to drive topics / tasks, incl. follow-up
Interest in cultural diversity
Team-spirit
