TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Research and Development:

Research and be up-to-date to create innovative ideas.
Develop concepts aligned with the vision, values, and needs of A-Z Experience and market needs.


Projects:

Participate in the creative phase and brainstorming sessions of projects to create 360 experiences.
Create the theme, ambiance, and mood board for projects.
Break down all deliverables and specifications for decoration, set-up items, and other elements.
Ensure all ideas related to the look and feel of projects are within the budget.
Work on designs, layouts, and plans to show all required details.
Source and manage suppliers related to decoration and set up to ensure delivering all requirements in the highest quality.
Supervise the finishing and final touches of decoration and set up elements in projects.




Education and Experience:



BSc in interior design, interior architecture, or a relevant field
Proven work experience in events, brand activation
