Interpret spoken English or Arabic into the other language in a variety of settings which may include, but are not limited to, meetings between two or more OPM-MOI team members and other American or Saudi interlocutors.
Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, filing, record keeping, note taking, scheduling meetings, preparing written communication in both English and Arabic, manage office supplies, arrange travel, assist with preparation of reports, manage classroom logistics, and other related tasks as may be required.
Take written notes, in English, at meetings and events as may be required.
Prepare a written summary of conversations following meetings or events, as may be required.
