Provide technical support to customers, including answering questions about products, troubleshooting problems, and providing recommendations for solutions
Receive, record, and analyze customer repair and technical support requests using the software tool provided
Work closely with factories, repair centers, operations, logistics, and customers, to achieve short closing time on requests, maintain legal and commercial agreements and achieve customer satisfaction
Work with customers to understand their installed base data, advise for upgrade, repair and other technical recommendations.
Work with factories and repair centers to facilitate recommendations and solutions at customer sites
Write technical documentation : this includes test reports, repair reports, findings solutions, and technical reports.
