Build and maintain relationships with clients
Executes client visits schedule and follow the proper controls put in place to ensure the adherence of this schedule
Ensure client training in equipment control procedures
Ensure customer equipment queries and ensure they are resolved promptly
Assist in having continuous visits and calls on non-participating distributors and pallet recycler locations to recover CHEP assets that have fallen out of the network (when needed)
