- Carry out Physical Verification of the Fixed Assets and perform coding and tagging of the Assets.

- Preparation of Fixed Assets Register with requisite details i.e. details of the asset purchased, description, unique identification number, date of purchase, name of the supplier, date of installation, quantity purchased, location, purchase consideration, etc.

- Accurately enter the data and monitor the inventory of materials and equipment for tracking.

- Ensure full compliance with administrative management and inventory ensuring that proper asset management is performed.

- Maintains and reconciles databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software.
