A BDO builds strong relationships with employers to help identify, generate and secure vacancies with guaranteed interviews and sustainable jobs. The role is employer facing and requires site visits to employers, which will involve travel within the Riyadh region. Personal circumstances include willingness to work flexible hours, for example to make retention calls, help run outreach activities outside of normal working hours. You will be required to act as a brand ambassador for Maximus, representing our organization and clearly explaining our programs and services to the employers that you partner with in order to build a pipeline of vacancies.
