- HR Management, Strategy & Policy

- Contributes in HR policy development, regular review and update, ensuring effective communication and adoption of policies across the entity.

- Workforce Planning

- Participates in personnel and headcount management exercises.

- Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding.

- Manages the successful onboarding of new joiners by ensuring the provision of all necessary inductions, systems, trainings, and right to work documentation
