- Records and tracks daily incoming/out-going communication in the department;
- Compares and reviews data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
- Enters data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly & annual data analysis reports as required.
- Presents data in graphs/charts for the best utilization of the information.
- Prepares back-ups of all data information ensuring archival of the data entered.
- Locates and corrects data entry errors or reports them to supervisors.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
