Project Scheduling : Ensure Project Schedules (Level 1/2/3) are baselined and updated/monitored on a regular basis.

Project Risk and Opportunity Management : Risk reviews are performed regularly through ARM and quarterly risk reports are provided to ERM.

Finance and Controlling :Support invoicing, cash-in/cash-out forecasts (quarterly) and Estimate at Completion (bi-annually).

Configuration Management & Document Controlling :Organise
Change Control Boards (CCB), both internal and external and maintain a baseline of the Change Control Note (CCN) log with the customer.

Ensure the baseline of all Configuration Items (Documents, Software etc.) are captured and stored.

Office Administration: Manage formal communications and correspondence with the customer and key stakeholders.

Resource Planning (S&OP) : Support the resource planning process within Airbus to build up project resource needs.
